The person is primarily responsible for （主要工作职责）:

    

- Quality System monitoring and improvement

    

- Supporting ISO certification

    

- Performing regulatory screening activities for Soft services

    

- QA Operational Coordination

    

- Acting as a functional interface between the QHSE Department and all departments in respective branches and the region

    

- Maintaining good relationship with all team members, other departments and customer and being a part of QHSE team spirit

• Quality System monitoring and improvement

    

o Monitoring , roll out and improvement of QMS

    

o Checking compliance with the applicable requirements and documents established by the group

    

o Prepare or coordinate the preparation of documentation regarding quality system: support for monitoring, drafting, dissemination and controls

    

o Control the setting up and maintenance of the quality system in the various projects of Aden

    

o Coordinating with interested parties and providing them with information when the request is made (QA information)

    

o Coordinate and report all KPI to its hierarchy

    

o Overseeing and controlling with its manager all the objectives and goals of the processes

    

o Reviewing the levels of all processes at each zone or sites

    

o Maintaining adequate levels of control of all information and documentation processed in the sector, by communicating periodic reports to head of QHSE, of the work done in QA

    

Following up and monitoring quality performance and preventive and/or corrective actions established

    

o Review the QHSE reports sent and keep the management informed of the results achieved and the needs for improving the quality system attending programmed trainings

    

o Ensure awareness of all Aden staff by promoting training planning

    

o Evaluate all products entered in the activity

    

    

• Supporting the ISO Certification

    

o Supporting the administration of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 1800/ISO 45001… by confirming their use in our internal activities and external operations with customers and suppliers under the direction of Head of QHSE

    

o Overseeing compliance and standards development to ISO system, from documentation to final product.

    

o Organizing and conducting internal audits and inspections, evaluating and creating extensive reports based on their observations

    

o Monitoring corrective actions in response to internal and documentations non-conformances, customer issues, and system weaknesses

    

o Completing and maintaining ISO documents and generating monthly reports

    

o Liaising with the external assessment body on all matters related to the external accreditation process.

    

o Organizing and following external certification audits

    

o Monitoring corrective actions in response to external audits

    

o Maintaining necessary documents related of internal and external audit system

    

o Inter-acting with other coordinators in a team environment to share important ISO related information and reach all crucial objectives within a given time-frame.

    

    

• Performing regulatory screening activities for Soft services

    

o Monitoring laws and notifications from regulatory bodies

    

o Overseeing application of regulations and coordinating with other department to integrate new regulations in their process

    

o Ensuring compliance of our services with new regulations

       

Acting as a functional interface between QHSE department and all departments in respective branches and the region

   

• Establishing communication flows with operational teams at different level (sites, BU, regions)
• Gathering feedback about standards and quality issues

      

    

• Perform any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as assigned/required

    

    

• Working knowledge of computer skills in windows, Microsoft office and QA software

    

• Familiar with the ISO principles and standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45000, ISO 22 000, Codex Alimentarius, HACCP Guide
• Knowledgeable QA Training, development of reports, staff Management
• Knowledgeable Management audits
