Job Title: Account Manager
Report to: City General Manager-Tianjin
Location: Tianjin Office

Main Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for sales and marketing activities and business development for Tianjin Area (Attract Tenants, Market Research, Identify Potential Tenants, Identify Client Requirements);
2) Make market study and review, formulate business forecast, plans and strategy according to the business expansion;
3) Develop and maintain good relationship with customer accounts and broker;
4) Interface and liase with both internal departments and local authorities if necessary;
5) Supply Client Support ;
6) Other tasks as assigned by the company.

Requirements:
1) University Degree with a major in related field;
2) Minimum 5 years logistic sales & marketing or industrial or commercial real estate experiences, international real estate consulting agency experience (managerial or high experience preferred)
3) Possesses good industrial and logistics client contact & relationship
4) A proactive individual with sound presentation and negotiation skill;
5) Open-minded, dedicated& self-motivated;
6) Good English skills for work;
7) Upright and reliable person
