知名外资医疗器械公司销售代表

岗位职责：

1.在区域范围内规划销售活动、开展工作，执行并完成公司设定的销售指标、任务

2.有计划地对客户、KOL人员开展适宜、有效的沟通和拜访，建立和维护积极的客户关系，识别销售机会，挖掘客户的潜在需求，开发新的客户

3.通过培训、会议、手术跟台、与客户的沟通等各种渠道获取相关信息，加深对公司产品特性、销售策略等的理解，提高专业销售的能力

4.拓展销售渠道，提供关于代理商考查的有效信息和建议

5.及时、有效地给予代理商关于产品、销售方面的指导和培训，给予相关资源支持，帮助其提高代理商销售的专业能力，维持稳定的合作关系

6.及时记录有关销售活动数据，提供相关报表

7.充分收集区域相关信息，申报合理的年度市场活动计划及预算，并组织执行

8.与物流、市场、技术服务等相关人员充分协作，配合处理订单管理、市场活动、售后维修等多方面的工作

任职要求：

本科 医学相关专业优先

3~5年工作经验

具备独立拜访客户的能力

良好的沟通能力

良好的学习能力

能接受高频率出差

具有麻醉、ICU、呼吸类设备产品经验优先
