职位描述
JOB PURPOSE:
-Participate in and collaborate on the formulation of SP China digital strategy and the implementation of digital & MCE campaigns and platforms by working transversally with all related functions and stakeholders
-Leverage expertise and resources of SP global and Sanofi China GEM to support SP China business growth
-Conduct and optimize channel mix and ROI measurement
-Coordinate among cross functions at China and global levels to enhance efficiency and transparency
-Devise, initiate and manage innovative projects, incl. but not limited to digital ones, to deliver value and impact the business
ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:
Under Sanofi Business Operation & Support Department. Report directly to Customer Innovation Director and dotted line to SP China BO&S BP.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Participate in and collaborate on the formulation of SP China digital strategy and the implementation of digital & MCE campaigns and platforms by working transversally with all related functions and stakeholders
-Actively take part in and contribute to the development of SP China digital strategy/roadmap based concrete business needs as well as the conversion of strategies to execution plans
-Play a leading or major role in maintenance/optimization/upgrade of SP China digital campaign platforms
support monitoring of implementation progress, service performance, and channel ROI
-Explore and integrate new/iterative digital channels/platforms/functions in a sensible manner and validate the business value with stakeholders
-Evaluate business impacts of all digital initiatives and continue to improve
-Leverage expertise and resources of SP global and Sanofi China to support SP China business growth
-Proactively reach out to SP global/Sanofi China for expertise/resources of projects and best practices in digital & MCE and adapt/introduce them to China business environment
-Perform as PMO in implementation of these projects to ensure the progress and results
update all the stakeholders regularly
-Solicit feedback from all stakeholders so as to improve the implementation and optimize the potential outcome
-Conduct and optimize channel mix and ROI measurement
-Design and implement appropriate channel mix evaluation methodology to measure business impact of multi-channel campaigns up to Return on Investment measurement
-Measure the success of digital initiatives and adjust strategies based on results against defined key performance indicators.
-Deploy in collaboration with Business Analytics function digital dashboard aggregating and crossing data for all digital initiatives in order to measure the performance of each channel
-Measure business impact (ROI) beyond basic metrics
-Coordinate among cross functions at China and global levels to enhance efficiency and transparency
-Build robust working relationships and conduct constructive communications with all stakeholders
-Ensure close collaboration and mutual understanding among all related functions at China and global levels and consequently timely delivery of expected results
-Support necessary training and change management in terms of digitalization of SP China
-Devise, initiate and manage innovative projects, incl. but not limited to digital ones, to deliver value and impact the business
-Coordinate on innovative ideas collection internally and externally and screen out those with potential to address business challenges and bring impacts
-Convince the management teams and all cross-functional stakeholders about the value of innovative initiatives and gain necessary supports from them
-Perform as PMO of the innovation projects and ensure efficient and timely implementation in a result-oriented manner
-Ensure all activities and operation be in line with Sanofi Code of Ethics and relevant policies (esp. related to data security and vendor assessment)
-Streamlines and coordinates the deployment of digital validation processes.
-Ensure the compliance, legal and regulatory agenda is consistently defined and employed in digital channels/tools, according to SOPs in place.

Education:
Bachelor degree and above
Experience & knowledge:
-6-8 years of experience with deep understanding of running multi-channel campaign (Candidates with exceptional track records and fewer years of experience will be also considered)
-Tech and data savvy, experience as interface between marketers and IT and with strong digital KPI knowledge
-Experience with campaign management platform and developing customer journeys (Adobe / salesforce…) a plus
-Project management experience with business process engineering, system implementation
-Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry

-Flexible and problem solving orientated. Proven ability to identify and solve difficult problems independently w/ commitment
-Very strong communication skills cross global / local stakeholders in different seniority
-Strong negotiation skills in situations with both internal and external departments

-Team player and high service orientation, able to work under pressure
-High sense of responsibility and compliance respect
-Fluent in English and mandarins in both written and verbal
