岗位职责：

1.接待来访客人并及时准确通知被访人员；

2.及时、准确接听/转接电话，如需要，记录留言并及时转达；

3.负责前台区域的环境维护；

4.完成上级主管交给的任务；

5.其他需协助处理的事务；

6.行政类工作。

任职资格：

1, 在校生，一周2-3天

2、具备良好的沟通能力，负有责任心，性格活泼开朗，具有亲和力；

3、积极的心态，良好的团队协作精神，能承担压力；
