Responsibility：

1.    Help design/guide test fixture development, qualification and maintenance.

2.    Develop new and improve existing test capability based on product test requirements.

3.    Assist the NPD team with troubleshooting and various technical issues.

4.    Communicate with American lab to implement new product testing if needs.

5.    Assist lab leader in lab management including facility management and test plan management.

6.    Help to draft lab work instruction for development test capability.

7.    Work with test technician to resolve product assembly problem, all kind of test issues and to review test plans.

8.    Participates in installing air compressor or system to be tested in test fixtures, connecting valves, pumps, hydraulic, mechanical or electrical controls, cabling, tubing, power source, and indicating instruments etc.

 

Requirement:

1.    At least 5 years working experience in product testing and development.

2.    Experience in design, development test capability, and execution of test cases and test plans.

3.    Knowledge of data communication with all kinds of sensors and test equipment, good operation of test equipment.

4.    Fluent English level in writing, reading, productive oral conversation.

5.    Bachelor degree or above, the major could be in mechanical, electrical or both.

6.    Have self-initiative working attitude with positive mind and view.

7.    Proficient Knowledge of industry standards and codes such as: (ASME, ISO, IEC, GB, etc.)
