Job Purpose Summary:

   

• Responsible for QA daily work.

   

 Job Responsibilities:

  

Include main responsibilities, supporting task, and others that involved.

    

• Test and release of raw material, and micro test of finished product.

• Production process monitoring and standardization of semi-finished product.

• Double check of raw material label, and issue product COA.

• Production environment monitoring (Swab test after sanitation, air quality of the production room).

• Sourcing and purchasing of the lab equipment, reagent and other consumption materials.

• Verification and calibration of lab equipment (both internal and external).

• Test and quality control of soften water.

• Compile procedures of QC, internal audit of quality and food safety system, and coordinate with the external audit.

• Compile the raw material test program.

• GMP responsible, GMP inspection and follow up corrective actions.

• Plan and implement of HAS ，internal audit and communication of external audit.

• Food safety regulation collection and internal training.

• Other task assigned by Site manager.

                          

 Competencies:

  

• Operation experience of ISO9001, ISO14001, HACCP and GMP.

• Good at English skills.

• Familiar with computer, SAP or similar ERP system.

      

 Qualification & Experience:

  

• Bachelor degree of Chemistry, analytical chemistry or food chemistry.

• At least 3 years of lab working experience in food or pharmaceutical company.
