Essential Responsibilities
Role summary: You will be joining the Finance team of GE Renewable based in China, supporting Hydro Supply Chain team. This organization covers today five regions (North America, South America, Europe, India and China). The focus of this role will be to support Hydro Supply Chain Finance Leader and General Manager to drive clear visibility and provide strong opportunities for productivity.

The role will support the drive of the global Supply Chain function in Hydro business at a global scale through 3 main KPIs: Supply Chain functional costs (hourly rate and headcount), Direct Material productivity and Cash out. Standardization of key Supply Chain finance processes will be critical success.
Part of the responsibilities will be:
- Consolidating, analyzing and reporting of Supply Chain related Project costs, through
coordination of operational inputs and reconciliation with OTR finance.
- Drive visibility and improvements on Inventory: understand how operational tools and
ERP interact; drive visibility and analytics by bucket, type; provide accurate and timely
forecast; and support Corporate cash improvement initiatives deployment.
- Drive visibility and performance on Supply Chain functional costs: analysis and forecast
of Supply Chain costs and load, identification of productivity opportunities, and support
operating mechanisms on cost out initiatives.
- Drive and implement process simplification, share best practices across SC finance
organization to support standardization, deploy process changes required (new rev rec
policy, audit findings…)

Role Summary/Purpose

Drive optimal performance (cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain and Project execution. Entry level professional positions; includes some team leader positions. Requires good understanding of work routines and procedures. Limited independence in problem solving and decision making.

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate from Business school with a major in Finance
3-5 Years of Experience in Finance
FMP graduate
Strong inclusiveness and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently with global teams, and with diverse levels of leadership
Strong analytical skills
Independence, ability to learn fast in a dynamic environment
Clear thinking to communicate complex situations in simple terms
Information Systems knowledge
English is required
