Main Responsibilities 主要职责:

? Operational lead of the development team for Electrification activities (including battery development, EV/HEV PT calibration, functional safety)

? Operational responsibilities include the vehicle testing areas for DVP&R, RDE testing, benchmarking and Fleet operations

? Operational lead with respect to vehicle systems and system functional safety including the devel-opment of the ADAS business area

? Responsibility for task planning and operational execution within the project frame work (budget, tim-ing, technical target, resources and quality)

? Operational lead for alignment with respective global skill areas with respect to tools, methods, pro-cesses, skills and support resource balancing

? Contribute operational aspects to the AVL offer preparation in the field of his/her responsibility

? Develop the skill team capabilities to best utilize opportunities in this market for powertrain engineer-ing services

? Professional overview of automotive industry and trends with focus on the Chinese market

? Continuous efficiency improvement programs and actively support the internal CIP program as well as safety & quality assurance within the skill team

? Manage, develop and motivate the skill team members, conduct the team’s resource management.

? Strategic development & business planning for the skill team portfolio, together with Sales and Engi-neering

? Support AVL sales activities to develop AVL’s market position and customer relation: technical cus-tomer liaison to China OEMs and suppliers

? Active interfacing with AVL’s headquarter, further affiliates and the other China PTE departments, e.g. plant facility, test factory, design, simulation, engine development & calibration, mechanical de-velopment and project management in both Tianjin and Shanghai

? Representing the professional image of AVL at all times internally and externally

Qualification 任职要求：

? Mechanical, electrical or automotive engineer graduate of a university of technology/university of applied sciences

? Minimum of 10 year experience in the automotive industry; good overview of the state of technolo-gy and profound technical knowledge in the fields of development for:

? Good management and organizational skills

? Comprehensive knowledge of engineering fundamentals with a focus on powertrains

? Professional overview of automotive industry and trends with focus on the Chinese market

? Experience in management of organizations and strategy development

? Several years of professional and project experience

? Good presentation and diplomacy skills

? Well established network in powertrain industry and well connected within the AVL Group

? Excellent spoken and written English

? Communication and teamwork skills, readiness to cooperate

? Intercultural skills – Interest in China (culture & language)

? Ready to travel and pronounced interest in inter-cultural working environment
