Main Responsibilities 主要职责:

? Planning and resource and execution management for the Vehicle systems and testing team in Tianjin technical center for RDE testing, Fleet operations and vehicle DVP&R programs and including DRIVE benchmarking and global benchmarking programs.

? Lead the team of engineers for the execution of the projects running in his/her team

Technical lead for the planning and execution of vehicle testing programs

? Develop/Rollout Methodology for evaluation tools in the team

? Responsible for tools chain and knowledge management

Support Department manager for technical proposal support

? Supports business development with expertise and offer planning and sales team with material and customer visits

? Ensures the application and continuous updates of leading technologies and methodologies within the team.

? Develops the human resource planning for his/her team as an input for the Department planning.

? Execution of the annual performance reviews as defined with STL

? Ensures the technical training of the employees, including all temporarily assigned to employees from affiliates, in accordance with the planning.

? to provide the resources on team level in view of quantity and quality per the project requirements to ensure technical correctness of the tasks completed by the team

? to supervise the members of the team according to the valid AVL guidelines and the statutory provisions of law applicable for his/her team

? Ensures accuracy and quality of the work executed within the team

Qualification 任职要求：
? Masters Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field

? 5+ years experience in the development of measures to cut back consumption (Power-train/Vehicle Development)

? Experience in technical project management

? Leadership and Mentoring Skills

? Intercultural competence

? Fluent English language - Chinese / German language beneficial

? Excellent communication skills
