Position title: Business Development Manager
Work station: Beijing or Tianjin
Report to: General Manager of the company

Principle Responsibility:
- Communicate with client in their requests and understand their scope
- Work out cost effective proposal and follow client request to submit bidding document
- Visit along with technical team when ever required for technical discussions and order closure
- Presentation and documentation
- Searching and introduction new technologies inside & outside the group to improve group capability
- Build up partnership with local leading company to enhance our competency in market
- Market approach to find customer needs and potential
- Find potential clients and projects to build up pipeline of market
- Define our win strategy with technical team together


Qualification & Requirements:
- Engineering background with more than 10 years experience in industries (e.g. pump, membrane, instrument, petrochemical industry, coal industry, electric)
- Know process of engineering project. Experience in project with EPC and design institute is must.
- Fluent in English speaking and communication
- Team work spirit to cooperation with local and oversea team
- Ability to use personal computer (MS office products) and internet at a high level of proficiency
- Independent and open mind
- Willing to learn and face new challenge in new market developing.
- Experience in waste water treatment, water reuse or desalination market is a plus
- Frequent travel throughout China
- Bachelor graduate, major in Chemical, Engineering or relevant is preferable
