职位描述
This position is to handle daily operation to meet customers' needs, provide quality services and make sure no service failures occur.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily operations activities for customers
2. Achieve a high customer satisfaction rating
3. Provide suggestion for problem solving to meet customers satisfaction
4. Implement new customers' requirements
5. Co-operate with service providers to solve local customs/trucking problems
6. Seek support from supervisor for final decision and approval
Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. Some experience in the Logistics/transportation industry
3. Good command of both spoken/written English and Chinese
4. Attention to detail, pc skills, typing ability, customer focus
5. Shipping knowledge, understanding of customs regulations
