职位描述
Position Title: Office Administrator
Reports to: Operation Manager, China
Department: Sales
Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Operation part
? Work very closely with sales team members, internal customer, and other related department for sales status monitoring.
? Be responsible for data collection, reporting preparation and consolidation according to manager‘s requests.
? Proactively design different sales reports for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of sales management with the co-work with FP&A team;
? Complete regular report on time with good quality;
? Support Operation manager to set up KPI dashboard for following up the progress of action plan;
Admin part
? Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties, which may include but not limit to travel arrangement, meeting set up and minutes taken, calendar management, expense reimbursement etc.
? Liaison with department managers and supervisors for all meetings, appointments, due dates of reports and other time-oriented requirements;
? In charge of daily administrative operations, including reception, security, HQ office building maintenance & cleaning, office supply, shuttle bus coordination, etc.
? Provide general admin support, incl. travel documents, air-tickets, business cards and invitation letter etc
? Coordinate the foreign visitors’ visa, logistic arrangement etc.
? Support office renovation project and moving project as required;
? Support company activities, Annual Dinner and other big company events.
? Other administrative work as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
? Bachelor degree, 5 years office admin or business operation related experience in MNC, prefer B2B industry;
? Good interpersonal relationship skills and team work ability;
? Good numeracy and analytical abilities, with spreadsheet and database experience;
? Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
? Excellent communication skills and Good English in both written and oral; Good skill in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
? Highly organised, detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
