职位描述
Job Title: Retail Training Supervisor
Report to: Retail Manager, China
Main Responsiblity:
Support Amer China expansion of Department Store SIS(Shop in Shop) through development & execution of high quality & comprehensive education programs so our SIS dealers & sales people can continually improve their brand/product knowledge, sales skills, and motivation to sell successfully
- Help Amer SIS dealers & their sales personnel in training function, so they have strong knowledge of our brands, products, & key stories to sell with confidence & successfully
- Be involved and execute seasonal plan & schedule of educational training, workshops, classes, etc to maximize regional SIS dealers & sales personnel knowledge, sales skills, and motivation
- Execute education program in high quality & professional manner to maximize effectiveness
- Follow up with special attention underperforming SIS dealers & locations to identify issues & improve with countermeasures
- Be involved and execute incentive programs to motivate SIS dealers & sales personnel to sell more & inspire their loyalty to Amer brands
- Visit Amer SIS periodically for to check sales personnel knowledge, sales skills, and performance. Conduct scorecard evaluation. Follow up issues & improvement areas as necessary.
- Develop, execute, and manage certification programs to test SIS dealers & sales personnel knowledge & sales skills. Strive for continuous improvement in certification test results & performance of certified sales people.
Needed Competencies:
- Experience in retail, training/education is plus
- Presentation skills: Articulate & effective
- Planning & Preparation: Maintains detailed plans & uses them to prioritize activities. Well prepared for each training session & shop visits
- Relationship building & interpersonal skills to establish rapport & build credibility with dealers & sales people
- Passion for sport, Amer brands, products, and in-depth knowledge to effectively train/coach SIS sales people
- Customer value orientation: responsive, flexible, & prompt to create value for our customers
- Managing Objections: anticipates objections & prepares facts & evidence to counter them.
- Familiar with department store operations and business practices (rule of the game).
Proficient in English, integrity and professionalism, accountability for results are all important for this position
Education:
University degree or above.
Needed working experience:
- Minimum 4 years of sales background in multi-national company, familiarity with Retail education/training/operations
- Have working knowledge of Softgoods market SIS channel and business practices, and successful track record and target achievement in Retail business is a plus
Scope of work:
- Responsible for Dept Store SIS education & training programs as assignment
- The position works closely with Commercial, Marketing, & Sales Development teams and interacts with all departments.
