职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Key responsibility 1
To leading, coaching and supervising the Logistic team, supporting the admin and technician team on provide consistent and reliable service to our guest.
? Key responsibility 2
To coordinate with HK office in ordering and dispatching the spare parts, accessory and kit sets for local requisition, CS workshop, wholesale, Boutique as well as POS in China. Responsible in chasing the spare part delivery schedule and inquires on transfer notes/delivery notes
? Key responsibility 3
To responsible in exchangeable goods with regional customer Service platform and returning the defect spare parts to them.
? Key responsibility 4
To responsible in sending RO repairs to overseas via GZ or PD custom and overseas/sub contractor repairs. Chase quote, and follow up repair schedules to ensure the repairs are returned from overseas within the local custom deadline, 5 month. Arrange return the repairs back to corresponding repair requested point after it passed quality check in local workshop.

Supervise the picking and packing repairs for local workshop.
? Key responsibility 6
To closely involved in the store management
? Ensure NSI reception of SP within 24 hours after reception from Logistics ? Helce
? Order spare part/tools/operation supplies for CS workshop, POS, Boutique (China mainland) ? Helce
? Shipment reception prepare and receipt in NSI ? Helce
? Short pack & over pack claim after counting ? Helce
? Shortage order follow up for RO ? Helce & Grace
? Overseas/Sub-cons tractor repairs and shipping invoice preparation and follow up ? Grace
? Return exchangeable spare parts issue ? Grace
? Pick and distribute spare parts and match to repair orders for local CS center ? Yanyan
? Change status in Saphir after spare parts distribution ? Yanyan
? Pick and distribute spare parts/tools/kit and match to repair orders for BJ CS center, POS, boutique (China mainland) ? Rock
? Packing repaired product and dispatch to correspond POS&BTQ ? Rock
? To ensure impeccable cleanliness and organization of stock room facilities and areas (including racks)
? Key responsibility 7
Weekly duties:
? Supervise the return of the movement to RAPL
? Supervise the weekly SP stock take
? Chase spare part schedule
? Chase overseas quotation and control overseas/sub-contractor weekly repair shipment
? Receipt and consolidate the obsolete SP from CS coordinator
? Apply to write-off low value dfc spare part(approved, write-off)
? Pick and distribute spare parts for repairs which are in shortage
? Key responsibility 8
Yearly Duties:
? Physical Stock-take every months
? Official stock-take every fiscal year-end
? Key responsibility 9
Make constructive recommendations/suggests to superior on teams development and CS operation improvement
