1.参与分公司团险业务的承保议价，推动业务的有序发展；
2.协助业务人员与中介渠道或客户进行沟通，确保客户得到高质量和满意的服务；
3.负责询价单审核和问题追踪处理,保证各项业务得到及时处理；
4.对团险业务人员进行风险管理培训；
5.定期撰写核保分析报告，分析团险承保业务品质,改进核保作业质量；
6.参与团险大项目业务投保协议书、承保方案的审定与谈判工作

要求：
1.保险、金融、法律、医学等相关专业，本科以上学历；
2.5年以上保险公司核保工作经验；
3.有一定的保险理论和保险核保专业知识水平；
4. 熟悉团险承保实务操作流程，具有团险核保经验优先录用。
