欧洲一线奢侈品牌视觉陈列经理VISUAL MERCHANDISER Manager

Responsibilities:
？ Maintain product presentation in retail and travel retail stores in order to increase sales and build/enhance the Brand awareness.
？ Assist International Visual Merchandising Manager to develop visual merchandising strategies and materials, including window display and product launching plan
？ Implement the global Visual Merchandising Policy and Guidelines including merchandising floor sets, follow up window design and schedule, plan new arrivals display, etc. to ensure the standard of every designated store is aligned.
？ Sourcing, liaise and negotiate with local suppliers and contractors for VM projects
？ Responsible for the storage and inventory control of VM properties and assets such as POP, mannequins, etc.
？ Support new store opening activities and special events such as Press Events, Fashion Shows, etc. as needed
？ Work closely with Retail Team and provide support on sales floor as needed

Requirements:
？ Post secondary or Art institute graduate, preferably in visual Merchandising
？ Minimum 3 years relevant esp. in luxury fashion retail environment.
？ and hands-on experience in window display,
？ Working experience in luxury retail industry is essential
？ Passion with strong fashion sense, colour coordination, ability to sketch
？ Excellent spoken English and Mandarin.
？ Proficient with computer Skills (MS Word / Excel / Photoshop / Illustrator)
？ Creative, hard-working, independent, flexible, detail-oriented and dedicated personality required
？ has positive and proactive working attitude.
？ Fluent in both spoken and written English and Putonghua. Other language is an advantage.
