职位描述
Directly report to RSD,
Functionally report to KDA
Main responsibility:
Business Development
Develop regional MT sales strategy, annual plan and priority for key customers which lead by region
Deploy the regional sales and marketing target into regional KA supervisors in each city
Provide guideline, coaching and motivation to regional KA/KAS to ensure they can achieve aligned target.
Track and control Trade spending within budget, Optimize field sales cost
Prioritize the key project lead by HQ, ensure the high quality execution at region.
Competition report on timely
KA Team Deployment and Capability Building
Lead test, development and transfer of the best practice across regions for MT
Develop people to ensure the local KA team are equipped with knowledge and skills to implement agreed strategy
Support the front line in identifying and prioritizing biz opportunity, addressing them with quick wins
Provide necessary training
Improve regional customer service satisfaction
Review biz performance with designed major regional account on quarterly basis and ensure they adhere to and achieve target coverage at the required frequency and other commitments, e.g. promotional support, payments, display, etc.
Develop key regional customers with strong relationship in region, coordinate NKA with excellent execution at region.
