Senior Network Engineer

欧洲能源公司Senior Network Engineer高级IT工程师

· Engineer, architect, implement, monitor and operate cost-effective, secure, enterprise-wide Network Operations infrastructure and workstation applications to maximize performance and availability to the business.

· Define, maintain and review documentation for Network projects and procedures for uniform implementation and operations throughout the company to meet global and regional standards and policies.

· Provide servers, workstations and hardware peripheral support including on-site services in conjunction with network support when required

· Support incidents resolution, changes and service requests support as the situation demands

· Provide technical, budgetary and operational recommendations to business representatives, team members and other IT departments for definition and evaluation of solutions for Network infrastructure and applications.

· Lead projects or responsible for complex tasks within a project to ensure cost-effective, quality solutions that meet business objectives.

· Responsible for developing recovery plan to ensure Network infrastructure and services availability in case of emergency outage.

· Study, review, evaluate and recommend emerging technologies as required to provide cost-effective, reliable and secure Network and/or Client services for the business.

· Manage contract and vendor to ensure proper delivery of services and solution contracted.

Requirements:

· Travel as required, 24x7 availability, On Call Rotation, Some lifting 50lbs +/- (servers, monitors, racks, etc.)

· College degree or equivalent work experience

· Minimum 5 to 8 year’s relevant experience in large Network infrastructure environment including servers and workstations support

· Cisco Network Juniper, Checkpoint certificates are preferred with strong knowledge on TOIP.

· Microsoft network protocols (Active Directory, DNS, WINS,...), network administration and troubleshooting tools, basic command scripting, Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint/Project skills.

· Customer service oriented, excellent written and verbal communications skills, ability to multi-task, work well with others.
