Specific Duties

工作职责*

Works with experienced work teams to discover and implement large strategic objectives that are focused on business growth, process or product improvement, and/or to improve customer satisfaction or channel partner development.

Participates, leads, or consults in the project planning process and ensures the project gains the necessary management approval.

Ensures projects are developed with realistic outcomes, business objectives and customer satisfaction targets.

Determines and secures resources to assure successful completion of a project.

Monitors ongoing project/program status and maintains communications with business unit leadership and affected stakeholder.

Required Skills, Knowledge, & Relevant Work Experience *

Previous experience in developing and managing Capital and Expense budget process 1-3 Years

Project management experience. - Complex Project, consists of some or all of the following criteria: 6 to 12 persons on the project team; 3 to 6 disciplines involved; multiple facilities within Division are involved; scope in dollars is $500,000 to $5,000,000 and is determined on budget, revenues generated, savings, etc. – 3-5 years

Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring experience. 1-3 years

Internal or external industry specific experience in relevant discipline. 5-7 years

Experience leading cross-functional work groups or teams 1-3 years

Broad based business, sales and marketing skills. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.

Knowledge of dealers and other channels. - Performs more complex functions, understands principles, may teach others.

Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution. - Performs more complex functions, understands principles, may teach others

Knowledge of multiple business processes of assigned area(s) and/or function(s). - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.

Degree in an Education discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)

Degree in an Agricultural Sciences discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)

Degree in a Marketing discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
