Key Responsibilities

? Facilitate the team to smooth run the team meeting following the MOS process with high productivity

? Assist the Sales owners to secure the necessary terms and condition (free time/VIP/commitment filing) to facilitate the business.

? Good interaction with FBP and SPP to ensure the required tasks timely inform to the team and consolidate the feedback with high quality respect the deadline

? Hold the accountability on the team’s Sales excellence performance and ensure to drive the target delivery on the SFDC measures and other related items include but not limited to IE and CC ratio.

? Provide constructive suggestion to leader on the room to improve to assist the team business running

The ideal candidate must possess enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. We also value great people skills, ambition and integrity.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred with 2-3 years industry or equivalent sales experience. 

You should have excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (both written and oral). In addition, you should have organisational and time management skills including multitasking, prioritising, and the ability to plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines. 

You should have high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and a strong ability to quickly grasp and work with web-based software.
