职责描述：
职位为电力方向，必须有电力项目EPC经验。
1. HSE Leadership:
? Maintains HSE focus within the team to ensure OHSE requirements are included in design.
? Ensures the Safety in Design guidelines are implemented and the Plans are in place and being applied in project engineering team.
2. Team Leadership:
? Leads, builds and motivates an effective Engineering team in the project.
? Provides mentoring and coaching support to the team.
3. Team Development:
? Reviews and approves discipline staffing budget estimates and staffing assignment schedules on each project. Reviews and approves staff forecasting reports
? Monitors the quality / progress of the discipline and ensuring that production requirements are satisfied.
? Works closely with Project Manager(s) to resolve any existing or forecasted problems related to discipline staffing, quality of work, schedule performance or productivity
? Coordinate the multi-discipline work, and the other function group
4. Work Planning:
? Lead the Project Engineering Plan preparation and keep it updated timely.
? Manages assignment of team personnel to maximise utilisation.
? Forecast resource requirements and planning.
? Lead the engineering team on task-sheet build up.
5. Technical Integrity & Stewardship:
? Ensures that the relevant Codes & Standards are available and in use on the projects.
? Ensures the customer and Company requirements are applied to the projects.
? Implements the Technical Stewardship Plan and requirements for the project.
? Promotes the use of and skills development in the preferred Engineering Design System toolkit.
? Identify and implement training requirements
6. Business Support:
? Provides support to pursuit activities and proposals.
? Promotes the capabilities of the group with internal and external Customers..

任职要求：
? Minimum of 15years post graduate experience and 5 years project engineering management experience in Electrical Power industry
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
? Graduate qualifications in science and technology discipline, Power industry related is preferred.
? Recognised Engineering degree or equivalent qualifications.
? HSE on engineering for supporting and/or delivering "Safe and Sustainable Engineering for Asset Lifecycle"
? Thorough understanding of the principles and practice of Project Management and the implementation and improvement of management systems.
? Strong coordination skills.
? Experience of managing an EPC team.
? Good knowledge of multi-discipline engineering project delivery.
? Good knowledge of international engineering design processes and procedures.
? Knowledge of overall project delivery and related processes (and engineering interfaces)
? Knowledge and understanding of scheduling and cost control for engineering activities and interfaces
? Demonstrable leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for the role along with capabilities in prioritising and time management. The ability to transfer knowledge and where required mentor others is also required.

? Fluent in reading, writing, listening and speaking in Chinese and English.
