Responsibilities:

· Develop the test plan for electrical components and electrical control system according to OTIS procedure (51628)

· Create test environments and test tools to enable efficient performance and reliability testing;

· Perform function and reliability tests for both elevator and escalator electric components and publish an independent test results to the requester;

· Work with Engineering, Supply Chain Management teams, PIC, Worldwide Otis Engineering partners, Manufacturing, Field, etc to support testing as requested

· Execute test procedures including conducting tests in test towers or jobsites and document the results;

· Perform other duties as assigned and requested by Quality Manager;

· Complete the job on target with respect to quality, on time delivery of 51628 test;

· Support others to achieve departmental work objectives;

Qualification:

· Bachelor in Electrical& electronic Engineering related; at least 3 years test work experience

· Hands on experience with environmental test and EMC test

· Understand electrical system wiring diagram

· Able to use Chroma Power source, Power Analyzer and Oscilloscope etc

· Knowledge on FMEA, Risk analysis, DOE and CPM;

· Good in Spoken and Written English;

· Product qualification work experience at global company is appreciated.

· Creative and open mind, work hard and energetic, good teamwork ethics

· Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

· Good interpersonal and communication skills;
