Job Purpose:
This job is taking the function of GL, AP/AR, FA, and Tax issues since GATT business is still under developing.
Principal Accountabilities:
AP: Accounts payable process review and check journals with coding
AR: Accounts receivable process review and intercompany rebilling preparation and check
FA: Fixed Assets transaction maintenance, cycle count
GL: General Ledger accrual and amortization and month end closing adjustments
Payroll: payroll posting and accrual
Tax: Business tax calculation, VAT calculation, corporate income tax filling
Tax refund: Import & export exchange control and tax refund for export
SAP FI & CO maintenance and support
Branch Office finance support
External and internal audit support
China Annual Inspection filling and PRC reporting package preparation


Education:
Bachelor degree (preferably major in economics/ financial)
CET-6
MBA is plus
Experience:
Experience in SAP or Oracle.
Familiar with internal control method is a plus

Other Essential Attributes:
Fluent in English - in both written and spoken
Strong financial knowledge with strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Good communication skills and open-minded
Willing to learn and develop further and knowledge sharing with other colleagues
