工作职责:

? Lead the team to cover more architect firms to promote brand values around the main city of Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, and gather projects information from architects to win the specification and align with local sales team to secure the contracts of projects that specified with products.

? Strengthen the promotion ability of the team to help sales team increase projects win rate at all kinds of scenarios of sales activities via proposal recommendations, company introductions, values enhancement etc.

? Lead team to Involve in marketing activities to capture sales opportunities and follow up.

? Supervise all promotion and sales activities of the team and report to Director of National Key Account Department and accomplish annual KPIs.

? Gather products demands and requirements from architect or other relevant parties and feedback to PMs or marketing team.

? Develop business opportunities via hospitalities and other key influential parties of projects.

任职资格:

? Bachelor degree or above and general sales concept.

? At least 8 years sales management working experience preferably gained from similar or durable consumer products industries, and 4 years working experience of leading a sales team.

? Experience in selling high-end architectural products and building materials to architects and designers.

? Interior designer is preferred.

? Experience in presenting seminar is preferred.

? Complete fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
