工作职责:

? Lead team to assess strengths and providing them functional guidance to enhance their competencies and skills

? Category strategic planning, including category short term, midterm, long term plans, define category annual operating plans

? Product portfolio management, responsible for pricing, communication, promotions; define core positioning and messaging for product, and deliver product training for sales competency build

? Responsible for NPD development project management, NPD launch, pre-sales, promotion, NPD sales performance review & evaluation

? Continuous search and capture any new business opportunities to grow business, and couch team to improve productivity

? Analyze industrial trend , competitors

activities, and modify / implement new strategies accordingly in order to offer marketing insights and initiatives

? Support manager to control the team budget expenses to within planned budget / AOP

任职资格:

? Bachelor

s degree or above in business, science or other related majors , focusing on NPD experience

? 5-8 years marketing or brand management in MNC, a few years of sales experiences preferred

? Ability to build and manage cross-functional teams and quickly adapt into a matrixed organization with open communication and inspiration

? Exposure to industry business is a plus

? Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills both English & Chinese

? Advanced skills in MS office and networking skill
