Primary Position Responsibilities & Duties
Plans, coordinates, performs FEE product design,providing input to design solutions and participating in design reviews. Decisions are made within established guidelines and may be reviewed by supervisors. Solve develop, manufacture the key and complicated design and technique problem . Optimize the level of product design .Grasp domestic and overseas' FEE area situation. provide a development, design, improvement opinion and suggestion.Reduce the product cost ,improve product performance. Carry on product development and design(EPDP and CI work), provide the product drawing and design document .
Required Skills, Knowledge, & Relevant Work Experience
"Skill in using Proe computer aided design tools.
- Performs more complex functions, understands principles, may teach others. Knowledge of the Enterprise Product Development Process (EPDP) and/or Customer Acquisitions Process (CAP).
- Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge. Understanding of engineering principles as they relate to the company product - Performs more complex functions, understands principles, may teach others. Fundamental understanding of combine forms relevant to the specific job assignment and Companydivision/unit. Knowledge/familiarity with combine manufactured by competitors.
- Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge. Knowledge in engineering principles, theory and practice as well as product knowledge.
- Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge. "

Above 5 years combine product design work.

Bachelor
