职位描述
JOB CONTENT (PRIMARY & SECONDARY FUNCTIONS):
1. The post is located in branch office and is to be the first line MIS Support for queries in regards to: software, hardware, and peripherals.
2. To answer helpdesk calls; logging of helpdesk calls; responding to helpdesk emails; determining the level of response required; and escalating problems to the second line team where appropriate.
3. To undertake the necessary installation of the hardware and software portfolios required by the company. This includes new users, upgrades and telephone system management.
4. To oversee the multi-function devices (production printers): maintaining consumable levels; managing output; resolving issues.
5. Able to work independently in the branch office where you are located.
6. Monitoring of the network and servers connectivity through the monitoring tools ensuring that the connectivity are up at all times.
7. Additional projects or duties as the management at times may require.
CREDENTIALS:
QUALIFICATIONS
· Diploma in IT or equivalent.
EXPERIENCES
At least 2 years of working experience in an IT Support / Helpdesk environment.
COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Attitudes)
- Possess a good general knowledge of IT and be proficient in a number of computer packages including but not limited to: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized, able to work under pressure and maintain extensive attention to detail.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Able to work under own initiative and as a member of the team.
