职位描述
Including but not limited to:
? Establish foundation for processes in targeted new business lines by driving START methodologies and best practices into the business development culture
? Embrace “Proposing to Win” methodologies and advocate appropriate processes
? Participate in “Proposing to Win” training and assist in the development of abreviated training to drive methodologies into all levels of the China business
? Working on a team with senior management to develop proposal strategies and content and driving the “response” program
? Leadership in composing compelling selling documents and presentations
? Lead senior management in the development of proposal strategies and content using the “Proposing to Win” methodology and processes
? Develop themes and brainstorm best visual representation of proposals and presentations for top-tier pursuits
? Edit, proofread and graphic review of proposals, presentations and other messaging materials as needed (on largest pursuits)
? Work with Creative Services Team to develop appealing deliverables
? Establish reporting mechanisms sand measurement reports to track success

? Excellent writing and communications skills (both Mandarin and English)
? Strong project management and complex document management skills
? Ability to coordinate senior professionals and manage their expectations
? A high degree of assertiveness and creativity
? A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
? Coordinate between Greater China and regional team
? Apply strong process management skills
? Knowledge of Marketing, Business Development and Selling
? 5-8 years of relevant experience
? Great organizational and interpersonal skills
