Time % Summary of major duties: 30% New material risk assessment: 1) Actively involve in the product design stage and provide design input; 2) Collaborate with global COE/regulatory/R&D/supplier/etc. to identify raw material risks; 3) Lead the risks control or validation plan; 30% Specification and supplier qualification: 1) Actively involve in the specification making process with R&D/Procurement/Regulatory; 2) Supplier qualification: Implement risk control plan, conduct audit and relevant validation, and ensure the critical gaps closed before production; 3) Actively involve in production trial, to verify the Q&FS be met consistently; 25% Supplier management: 1) Set up and implement supplier quality verification programs; 2) Incidents management: Decision making for non-conformance and drive supplier’s CAPA; 3) Collaborate with procurement to drive continuous improvement of supplier performance; 15% Process optimization: 1) Standardize key process with COE/regulatory/R&D/procurement/etc, to drive compliance and work efficiency; 2) Visibility of suppliers status, performances and risks.

Education: B.S. in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field Experience: BS Min 8-10 yrs. experience in food industry or equivalent experience Or MS Min 5-8 yrs. exp. in food industry
