About Business
The Global Delivery Center (GDC) is an important strategic initiative for Deloitte China. The GDC will play a critical role in enhancing the delivery capability of Deloitte through centralization of delivery processes, and development of processes and scalable service offerings.
Overview Job Description
The main function and responsibilities of this role is to assist China FA Knowledge
Management and Communications Team in championing our function-wide knowledge and
experience sharing, so that the practice's industry experience and subject matter expertise is
shared within the function, within the Firm, and, as appropriate, with outside the Firm, including
our Global organization, clients, and potential clients.
Job Description and Responsibility
Key Responsibilities
Practice Area Enablement
· Gather, reconcile and organize relevant and up-to-date China FA's experience, revenue data and track records (across all service lines, inbound and outbound) by utilizing tools and information systems available to Global Firm, China Firm and China FA
· Help disseminate information about market data (including market intelligence data)
· Assist in preparing internal and external marketing materials, brochures and presentations(including statement of qualifications and case studies) as well as periodic communication and other publications Network Connectivity
· Assist in driving DPN profile completion, including tracking and follow-up processes (e.g., preparation of periodic analysis reporting to China FA Management)
· Assist in updating relevant training materials with respect to DPN for training to new joiners Knowledge Platform Enablement
· Assist in managing China FA's intranet, revamping and aligning with the standards of China Firm and Global Firm
· Assist in driving integration of global and local tools

Qualifications
Education
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Relevant fields of study may include Business, Management, Information Systems, Library Sciences, Journalism and/or Communications
Years of Experience
· 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a global professional services organization preferred
· Experience in aligned industry/business area a plus
Technical Skills
· Proficient in English (verbal and written) and Chinese (verbal and written)
· Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
· Experience in repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative and social media tools
· Experience in SharePoint a plus
