ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

  

• IT operation daily support and service delivery for head office, branch office, retail stores and datacenters,

  System/Server maintenance and troubleshooting including Microsoft AD, O365; VMware, Storage and Backup,

• System related security admin, security management and GPO control,

  Infrastructure related project coordination,

  PABX maintenance and troubleshooting,

• WAN/LAN/WLAN maintenance and troubleshooting,

• Provide level 2 support for issues related to the end-user computing experience,

REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

  

Education：

  

Bachelor’s Degree of IT major.

  

Experience：

    

4+ years’ experience on Infrastructure support in MNC companies

  

Knowledge, technical/professional skill:

•    Solid knowledge base of Infrastructure on Microsoft AD, Exchange, O365, VMware, Storage and Backup,Project    management or hand-on experience of system implementation will be an advantage,

• Network Connectivity (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN) and troubleshooting skill is required,

• Good knowledge of various protocols, such as LDAP, DFS, CIFS, NFS,

• Rich experience with infrastructure environments (e.g. operating system, hardware, data center, security, network and applications) and IT Infrastructure processes,

• Strong retail store or Datacenter support experience will be an advantage,

• Strong problem solving, priority setting, collaboration and communication skills,

• Good organizational and analytical skills,

• Experience with cloud computing is a strong plus,

• Strong business sense and good process management skills:

  Knowledge of retail

  • Good interpersonal

  • Good logical thinking

  • Good teamwork

• Language Skill: Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English,
