• 伺服软件经理：
  1、领导伺服软件开发团队工作，主持伺服驱动器软件的设计、测试、验证工作；
  2、编写软件设计文档，按照软件开发流程完成软件的评估验证；
  3、参与产品的样机调试；
  4、负责在制品软件的优化升级；
  岗位要求：
  1、本科及以上学历，电气（电子）工程、自动控制、机电一体化、计算机等相关专业；
  2、熟悉C/C++,熟悉MCU/DSP以及外围器件软件编程经验；
  3、熟悉电机模型和控制理论；
  4、熟悉伺服驱动器的各种功能及性能指标；
  5、5年以上伺服驱动器软件设计经验；
  6、熟悉FGPA、CPLD编程者优先；
  7、有上位机编程经验者优先；
  8、具有良好的沟通及团队协作能力
  9、有丰富行业应用经验者优先。
  
  伺服硬件经理：
  1、 负责伺服驱动器硬件系统拓扑分析及方案开发；
  2、 驱动器原理图和印刷电路板设计制版及电路仿真和分析；
  3、 电力电子及电气元器件、芯片的选型；
  4、 负责编写驱动器相关产品硬件部分的设计文档、技术标准与参数；
  5、 BOM及相关技术文档规范化整理等；
  6、 样机调试与解决生产过程中的技术问题；
  任职要求：
  1、 本科及以上学历，自动化、电力电子、电气工程与自动化专业背景；
  2、 五年以上伺服驱动器研发工作经历；
  3、 精通伺服驱动器的硬件知识和技能（强弱电技术；IGBT驱动与保护等）；
  4、 熟悉掌握PCB设计工具；
  5、 掌握EMC、可靠性、安规、物料、测试、工艺等方面知识；
  6、 熟悉相关行业标准IEC、UL、GB 等；
  7、 熟悉产品全生命周期的关键流程方法和质量控制方法；
  8、 具有良好的沟通能力、语言及文字能力、应变能力、很强的工作责任心；
  9、 具有良好的团队协作能力及勤奋踏实的钻研精神；
