职位描述
- The core objective of the role is to work on brand awareness establishment as well as driving market demand for COMPANY’s products, to support the achievement of strategic and financial objectives of the business unit.
- This person should support supervisor to work in coordination with the sales & commercial organizations, to generate product strategy, work on implementations, as well as follow ups on according events ROI.
Summary & Objective of Role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market Development & Demand Generation:
? Support supervisor to develop and implement the segment marketing programs consistent with the overall strategic plan and business goals.
? Identifies clinical & market trends/opportunities and develops corresponding product and marketing strategies and tactics.
? Supports field execution of marketing programs through active presence in the field, working with sales and marketing colleagues.
- Establishing KOL Network & Relationships
? Identifies and develops relationships and programs with key opinion leaders/area opinion leaders in the respective clinical fields.
- Planning and Analysis:
? Provides market insights into developing long/mid-term growth plans and short-term annual marketing plan.
? Responsible for tracking spend, ROI and financial performance of the marketing events.
- Product / Market Management:
? Development of sales tools and clinical proof sources to support sales execution.
? Working with (global) training manger and customer care team for developing, coordinating and executing product training.
? Creates on-site training academies and manages physician/nurses training programs to drive awareness of the product and its core applications.
? Facilitates peer to peer training for healthcare professionals.
? Supports participation in congresses and conferences as well as the development of brand and marketing materials.
REQUIREMENT / CRITERIA
- University degree required (candidates with a major in medicine preferred); MBA preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience with strong experience in developing clinical advocates and interacting with national level key opinion leaders
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent team player; loves working in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
