职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Support inspection in technical field;
-Assist account managers for meeting with client / potential client to address technical issues;
-Review complaint investigation in technical field;
-Attend the meeting with client for regular complaint review together with CS manager or/and operation manager;
-Set up and maintain training program / plan on inspectors' competence;
-Support to research and develop new services / new product categories for the specific product line;
-Organize training activities for internal or outside;
-Set up and manage a team for the corresponding product line and setup team's KPI as well as other work
assignments on document preparation, order review, quotation, report review, mystery audit, unannounced audit etc-Review the performance of daily operation to meet client requirement. Provide on time advice to operational staffs on technical issues;
-Monitoring and align the procedure / requirement of different ports for the client per regular basis.
Requirements:
-University graduate or above with major in Technical / Engineer / Science field;
-At least 8 years' related experience in inspection field including over 4 years in managerial level;
-Familiar with quality management system in ISO17020 or ISO 9000 as well as have excellent technical knowledge;
-Good interpersonal skill with understanding local cultural factors;
-Strong people management acumen and good leadership;
-Experience in international company is definitely advantage;
-Good command of written and spoken English.
