RESPONSIBILITIES

As a center of promotion strategies and inter-channel trade term management. Develop a trade activity plan for each distribution channel,

work closely with marketing and sales team to plan, develop and execute trade marketing campaign aligning with brand strategy, channel strategy and sales strategy to achieve business objective;

Develop strategies for the sales channels to increase the sales to end consumer in the points of sale using information from internal and external sources and in full alignment with the Marketing or Brand Plans, to ensure the sellout in the different layers of clients.

• Promotion strategy and plan by channel and control budget management
• Develop and implement the Trade marketing Strategy for all Channels based on Channel and Category insight
• Develop & Implement effective annual channel activity calendar aligned with Marketing and Sales
• Establish and execute by channel/category promotion strategy within the allocated annual budget and Trade terms of each channel to contribute to the achievement of revenue target
• Consumer / shopper Time, Place and Occasion needs study by channel and Pricing/Sizing for Time, Place and Occasion needs
• Establish distribution goals and implementation guidelines based on brand strategy to maximize sales
• Ensure the implementation of new product launch in the Channels and Points of Sales

• Ensure effective annual exhibition plan and execution.

THE SUCCESFULL APPLICANT

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree Degree in Economic and administrative areas is preferred
2. Experience: 5-8years experience in trade marketing, brand management or sales FMCG company is mandatory Pet Care companies experience is a bonus
3. Special requirements: Market Information Management Tools Fluent English in speaking and writing
4. Specific Knowledge and Skills: Market understanding and insights Strategic planning Analytical approach and Numerical Analysis Decision-making and focus on results Communication and Personal relationships Organization and leadership, staff development Frustration Tolerance Resolution of problems Work under pressure and sense of urgency
