职责描述：

You will be part of a worldwide team that dedicated to deliver harmonized Connected Car product experience by continuous quality improvement studying on product features.

Be part of the customer experience escalation support to ensure the desired technical resolution delivery.

Major responsibilities for this position include:

1. Conduct analysis on customer incident to track back root cause of quality issue for iteration of the product.

2. Engage customers to understand and analyze needs and requirements, and then provide high quality documentation of both business and technical requirements.

3. Develop deep understanding of products based on various technologies that involve software applications, cloud services, data infrastructure and management, web technologies, data science analysis, communication protocols.

4. Connect customer incidents to product development team for technical resolutions.

5. Requires detailed analysis for trouble-shooting issues along the technology stack and process chain.

6. Help to manage and monitor the operations of services with customers. Support coordination, delivery and operations of valuable telematics and data-related services to our customers and internal partners. Coordinate and manage complex cross-functional projects. These projects involve many external and internal stakeholders and partners including IT, business development, engineering service operations, etc.

任职要求：

- Fluent verbal English to communicate with global partners and teams

- 8+ years’ experience in commercial vehicle or telematics industry

- Experienced in App product feature designing or product technical supporting

- Experience of Call Center support operation is preferred

- Ability to communicate, coordinate, align, influence and persuade key stakeholders

- Ability to think logically and look at issues from multiple perspectives: strategy, customer needs, competitor situation, technology
