Responsibilities:

Be responsible of overseeing company’s daily accounting processes recorded by team, coordinating monthly and yearly closing timely and smoothly.

1. Daily monitoring accounting team activities, ensure the accurate processing and booking properly;
2. Ensure AP payment accurate and timely processing and compliance with corporate regulation;
3. Provide effective Cash Flow Management reporting, keep corporate cash flow in healthy status;
4. Responsible for monthly closing delivery results;
5. Monitor and ensure the tax computation, booking and filing in complying with local tax regulation and company policy
6. Lead Ad-hoc project related to accounting, tax, controllership.

Responsible for monthly/quarterly/yearly local statutory reports, corporate consolidation and financial management reporting delivery result.

Liaising with auditors and tax bureau, delivering a clean and timely annual result.

Excellent in governance standards on local statutory reporting and tax regulations. Provide accounting technical guidance and support related to business objectives and system Integrations to ensure transactions are recorded according to PRC and Tax guidance.

Working with logistic team and enhance the inventory management, guiding the inventory in-transit reconciliation as well as stock management including sample, POP and return products.

Effective communication and good partnering with business departments, ensure procedure in line with company policy.

Assist to optimize the corporate processes and fine-tune the policy, in an effort with supporting each function of operating smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:
1. Major in Finance or Accounting with Bachelor degree or above; 2. 5~8 years of FMCG, E-commerce or retail working experiences preferred;

3. Hands-on experience with accounting system is must.

4. Strong team lead-ship and people management skill;

6. Strong computer skill in Excel, Word;

7. Good command of both oral and written English;

8. Problem solving, decision making and continuous process improvement skills;

9. Working under the pressure
