JD:

OrderHandling:

·        Receive, assess and properlyhandle POs from APAC Customer Service by placing orders

·        correspondingly tomanufacturing plant/s

·        Properly input and process POin SAP in accordance to INCOTERMS, DESTINATION, as well as checkmanufacturing/shipment lead time, coordinating with suppliers (i.e packaging)to provide timely and accurate information to APAC Customer Service

·        Preparation of COO/Form A/D,COA and other original documents copies to customer

·        Properly archive Shipmentdocuments: B/L, Delivery Order, Packing List, COO, COA

   

ProductionHandling:

·        Ensure manufacturing cut-offand shipment lead time for each PO is followed and properly conveyed to APACCustomer Service by making sure materials are in proper quantity, pricing/costis optimized and overseeing as well the timely delivery of materials needed tofulfill customer orders.

·        Properly assess current andfuture orders in APAC. Collect Qtrly forecast from Customers;

·        Properly update InventoryStatus to APAC Team (Stocks, Novelty Items etc)

                  

Administrative/Commercial Support:

·        Assist Customer Service as wellas APAC manager prepare report/s

·        Properly assess logisticscosting (O/F) and monthly billing reconciliation from logistics provider;

·        Prepare Novelty Items as perrequest;

·        Prepare Standard Operating Procedure

                    

Requirements: 

-Bachelor degree or above;

- Freshis also welcome. Minimum 1 year/s of Freight Forwarding or InternationalTrading. Knowledge of Intl Incoterms

-Excellent spoken/written communication skills in both Mandarin and English;

- Someknowledge of Italian would be a plus not mandatory;

-Knowledge of SAP/ERP system

-Proficient in Excel

-Proactive and self-motivated;

-Result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
