工作地点：天津。

• Work as an contact window to handle Customer Quality Complaint, to guide the progress of Customer Quality Complaint, bring customer,quality team,sales team,FAE actively participate in the Complaint and insure communicate effectively,coordinate smoothly. Till close the Complaint. 

       作为联系窗口处理客户质量投诉问题，主导客诉的进度，促使多方（客户/质量/销售员/FAE）积极参与并确保沟通有效、协调   

       顺利，直至客诉关闭；

• Need to work with sales team to collect all the necessary information for a quality complaint case and then submit to quality team. After quality team analysis and provide 8D, then confirm 8D and further provide to customer. 需要和销售员一起收集和客户质量投诉相关的全部必要信息，然后及时提交给质量部门，质量部门分析并提供8D后，确认8D并进一步提供给客户。
• To contact customer and our factory handle the replacement if the quality problem caused by our factory side after quality team confirmed. 质量部门确认此质量问题是因我们工厂导致的之后，联系客户和工厂安排退换货；
• Provide technical support to indoor sales team. 给内部销售人员提供技术支持。
  Requirements to Candidates 岗位要求
•  Diploma in Electronics Engineering; 电子工程本科学历；
• At least 2 or 3 years Quality Assurance(QA) experience in electronic industry ; 至少一年的电子行业的品质工作经验；
• Good knowledge in passive components, such as inductors, ferrite beads, ESD components and connectors is a plus; and be familiar with SMT process is a plus; 有较好的被动器件知识者优先；熟悉SMT制程的优先；
• Good inter-personal communication skill; 有较强的人际沟通能力；
• Be patient, careful, diligent and result-oriented; 有耐心，细心，勤奋和结果导向型；
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English. 熟练掌握普通话和英语。
