• Our Job 职位描述：

§ Provide excellent customer service to local customers, including samples, quotation, order fulfillment, delivery, payment and quality issue follow-up.为本地客户提供卓越的服务，包括提供样品，报价，订单履行，产品交付，付款及质量问题追踪

§ Customer Address/Contact maintenance.客户地址及联系人维护

§ Work closely with external sales to deliver high-level customer service. 与外部销售保持密切合作以达成高水平的客户服务

§ Work on a regular basis to manage customer forecast, buffer stock or order reschedule. 日常对客户相关产品预测、备货及订单交期变更的管理

§ Monthly verification with customer’s receipt of shipment and due payment.月度核实客户的货物签收以及到期帐款记录

§ Monthly error checking on Offer/Customer order/Delivery Note and invoice against checking list.每月根据检查表，对报价、订单、交货单以及发票进行错误核查

§ As a main contact windows, Coordinate internal functional team to meet customer’s requirements.作为对外联络的主要窗口，与内部职能部门积极协调以满足客户需求

§ Work with internal managers to control risk for company’ interest. 与内部管理人员一起以公司利益为重，控制风险

§ Flexible working time to address’ customer inquiry timely.工作时间灵活，及时处理客户询价

§ At least one-year working experience in electronic industry.至少一年电子工业领域工作经验

§ Professional telephone communication skill.专业的电话沟通技巧
