1、根据销售计划，负责将指标细化到每个区域，并确保执行到位，对本区的各项销售指标的完成过程进行监督、指导、调整，真正做到“过程+结果”的双重管理；

2、负责组建和管理组织架构体系，并负责对管辖区人员进行招聘、培训、指导和晋升，确保销售团队的数量及质量，并对直属下级进行考核、激励，为公司业务发展培养和储备人才；

3、根据销售部的管理制度，对所管辖的管理制度细化和完善；

4、负责销售市场一线信息的及时收集、分析与反馈，

5、完成上级领导交代的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、具备销售或企业管理专业大学专科以上学历，掌握一定的销售管理理论。

2、具有敏锐的市场洞察力、应变能力、创造性的思维能力及稳健的管理能力。

3、具有极强的工作责任感、忠诚度及坚韧不拔的毅力和耐心，严守机密。

4、具备果断的决策风格、优秀的沟通、协调和激烈能力，敢于承担风险的意识。

5、从事销售管理或相关业务管理工作5年以上经历，具备3年以上同行业的销售管理和领导经验。
