职位描述

Role Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for e-channel partners program from strategy, planning, and implementation with objective to meet or exceed company sales targets on revenue, and margin within the indirect sales channels and products defined. This role will manage all indirect and direct commercial related activities not limited to tactical but also overall strategic growth and development

 

Key Responsibilities  

  • To implement strategic business development sales strategy and ensure seamless execution of sales programs to meet and exceed the projected sales targets, annual volumes growth and other related business objectives.

  • To identify opportunities & formulate sales strategies / tactics/ action plans according to company direction with support from regional roadmap

  • Identify potential growth area and new account developments to capture ongoing business opportunities

  • To cooperate with different department to leverage internal resources to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

  • Develop Go-to-Market plans for each Channel Partner, programs and ensuring the efficient execution of those plans including value propositions in market

  • Serve as the Channel Partner’s single point of contact

    Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree holder in business or related discipline

  • Demonstrated experience in sales management and strategic business development in digital channel partners in China.

  • Possess background of industrial and/ or commercial high service distribution

  • Strong leadership, excellent business acumen and commercial result oriented

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence decision makers at all levels

  • Strong communicator and in building relationships regionally and also Globally
