Responsibilities:

- Have responsibility for leading IT application and integration projects with MES solutions

- Have responsibility to mentor project teams during the implementation and commissioning of the solution, may be assigned the project management responsibilities depending on the size of the project

- Develop and improve the specifications, function modules and best practices of MES project

- Focus on front-end engineering activities, including front-end engineering studies, design documents and drawings, field surveys, application design and implementation, and project-related documentation

- Provide sales support, proposal development, customer demonstrations and customer training, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

- Be familiar with MES knowledge, philosophy and execution methods

- Knowledge of discrete industry MES, with pulp and paper MES experience will be plus

- Knowledge of Industry System architecture, include O/S and infrastructure

- With experience of industrial system development

- Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve complex application issue or system integration issues

- Able to travel 30+% of time as necessary to support MES project implementation activities

- Bachelor degree or above in automation engineering or computer science
