Job Purpose:
China Inside Sales is a strategic role for China business evolution. The key mission of this role is to maximize lead generation & qualification efficiency and facilitate CRM (Salesforce.com) based sales operation to achieve industry best level.
Main Responsibilities:
? LEADS GENERATION
1. Respond customer business requirement via inbound call (hotline), website live chatter and Wechat public account
2. Create opportunity in CRM for qualified business requirement and assign it to sales rep
3. Create account/contact in CRM for potential business requirement and assign it to sales rep
4. Provide leads generation report to management team
? LEADS QUALIFICATION
1. Outbound phone call to new leads collected via marketing campaign to qualify end customer requirement
2. Convert leads to opportunity in CRM for qualified business requirement and assign it to sales rep
3. Convert leads to contact in CRM for potential business requirement and assign it to sales rep
4. Provide leads qualification report to marketing / management team
? CRM MANAGEMENT
1. Lead the CRM account creation and account/contacts maintenance
2. Facilitate channel sales managers on new opportunity update
3. Drive sales team on CRM opportunity update and correction
4. Lead CRM report/dashboarding update per management requirement
任职资格:
Qualifications:
Must to have
? Graduate with bachelor degree of Science, EE/Pharma/Instrument background is preferred
? More than 3-year experience as company inside sales
? More than 3-year experience on CRM system operation
? Excellent English communications in both oral and written.
? Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
? Excellent learning agility and innovation leadership
? Skillful on team collaboration and multi-tasking
? Self-motivated, decisive, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented.
? Willingness to take additional job and challenges
Nice to have
? 1-3 years working experience as field sales rep
? 1-3 years on Salesforce.com sales & marketing modules utilization
