What are we looking for?
? Monitor and maintain facility operations, including Electrical system, HVAC system, Security system, Plumbing system, Fire service system, etc.
? Manage all outsourced facility contractors.
? Site inspections.
? Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations, JLL CEM & AIDE audit standards, client’s specific requirements, and site SOP.
? Support facilities engineer to provide professional technical solution or services for technical issues.
? Establish and maintain positive relationships with client and landlord.
? Emergency responses.
Sound like you? What are we looking for?
? Bachelor/college degree, major in Mechanical & Electrical or Architecture engineering or related engineering.
? Good knowledge of local regulations and standards on safety, engineering and building management.
? Good skill of computer and document work, sufficient English reading and writing skills.
? Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
? Strong logic thinking, problem analysis and solving skills.
