What are we looking for?
? Operations management for Property Operations and Facilities Services to Client.
? Support Engineering to prepare PPM plan, small MAC project, ad-hoc repair with TCM application and GPC application.
? Review and fully understand all emergency procedures.
? Technician team’s performance management.
? Perform basic data entry/accounting functions in MWB (Maintenance Workbook) as in journalizing entries and identifying monthly accruals and related entries.
? Maintain accurate vendor files and monitor vendor insurance certificates.
? Maintain hard copy & softcopy filing system.
? Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.
? Overall responsibility for the management the technical team in respective city.
Sound like you? What are we looking for?
? Qualification in Electrical Engineering and/or appropriate job related and building services experience.
? A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the corporate real estate, facilities and /or property management industry.
? Ability to solve a problem quickly and effectively.
? Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office, MS project & excel.
? Fair communication skills – written and spoken English.
