目的：

- Play a role in Lundbeck China recruitment strategy, takes ownership for the recruitment delivery, recruitment process and policies & practices to ensure all qualitative thresholds and quantitative KPIs are met, customer satisfaction targets are achieved.

- Prepares and maintains various HR specialized documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

工作职责

- Handle specific recruitment activities according to the recruitment plan.

- Prepare and coordinate HR sourcing which includes advertisement, job posting, searching firms, employee referrals

- Screen CV and shortlist suitable candidates interview

- Conduct tele-interview, face to face interview and assessment if necessary

- Liaison with recruitment agencies/media, build up good relationship with recruiting vendors and provide best practice solutions to department managers with respect to recruiting

- Evaluate recruitment channel and find better practice

- Review and revise the job profile of each position according to the organization needs

- Support on HR data collection

REQUIREMENT:

-  3-5 Year or above working experience in recruiting or HR related

- Responsible and proactive

- Strong communication skill

- Fluent in English.

- A strong team player.

-          Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
