主要职能
统筹线上客户全生命周期计划与运营(售前培养,注册转化,售后养成,提升ARPU,存留)
通过精细化运营与数据驱动的验证来优化业务,提升各核心KPI
协同数字市场推广、官网与JD内部子集团进行相互拉新、实现双赢
管理并运营内外技术培训与认证
合适人才须
懂网上/To B运营,有操作过customer funnel、conversion、养成与存留客户lifecycle的经验
有强运营能力,对数字敏感,具全局观
有IT/技术背景、懂云有关技术为佳
有互联网创业(或在初创企业工作过)为佳
有强跨组协调能力与良好沟通技巧
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Help drive the rhythm of the business. Enhance leadership time effectiveness by setting effective agendas, and driving high-quality meetings and relevant actions & output.
- Partner with finance and operations to drive planning and execution, cost management, and service demand planning.
- Organize market and competitor intelligence to distill insights and help synthesize business strategy.
- Manage internal communications strategy, ensuring consistent communication of the right messages, to the right people, at the right time, via the right communication channels.
- Develop and publish relevant and effective business reporting, providing data and analytics that help drive the business forward.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in program & technical management, business management, product development, finance, and/or marketing.
Good English and Chinese written, presentation, and verbal communications.
Proven track record of developing effective partnerships across disparate groups.
Good program management skills with the ability to prioritize work in a rapid-changing environment and synthesize information from massive volume of data and ambiguous situations.
Manages confidentiality without exception.
