Responsibilities and Tasks / 职责与任务

－Perform motor and system structural design according to technical requirements/ 按技术要求进行电动机与系统的结构设计
－Perform stress/structural/thermal analysis of motor and components( e.g. bearing, shaft, shaft sealing and frame) using FEA design tools / 运用有限元分析工具进行电动机及其零部件（如轴承、轴、轴密封及外壳）的应力/结构/热分析
－3D/2D engineering drawings 三维和二维的工程制图
－Perform tolerance stack analysis of motor and system structures / 执行电动机及系统的公差叠加分析
－Generate BOM of for new products / 为新产品建立物料清单
－Develop and lead PFMEA / 制定并引导过程失效模式及后果分析
－Supplier evaluation and support / 供货商评估与支持
－Assist in project coordination and management / 协助项目协调与管理
－Provide technical support to production, marketing and sales / 为生产、市场及销售部门提供技术支持

Requirements/ 职位要求

－University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering / 机械或电气工程大学毕业
－At least 2 years’ experience in a multinational company in a similar position / 2年以上在跨国公司的类似职位工作经验
－Five (5) or more years of experiences in the design and production of rotating machinery (electrical motors preferred) / 5年以上旋转机械设备设计和生产经验（电动机经验优先）
－Knowledge of DFMA / 熟悉DFMA
－Experienced with FEA tools (e.g. ANSYS) for mechanical analysis / 运用有限元工具（如ANSYS）进行结构分析的经验
－Experienced with CAD tools (UG preferred) / CAD制图经验（UG优先）
－Familiarity with relevant IEC and GB standards / 熟悉相关IEC和GB标准

More than 60 regional sales and service engineers can support you from one of our 14 sales offices in China with profound industry and application knowledge. Our service plant in Shanghai Lingang further allows us to supply product repair, improvement and technical support.
